Covid Precautions

• Online Player Registration
  • Alleviate unnecessary crowding at registration tables
• Bag Drops
  • Players will drive to a designated area where a volunteer will be waiting to do the following:
    • Tag Bag
    • Place bag in designated cart
    • Give players Swag Bags
• Swag Bags
  • The swag bags will be filled with sponsor merchandise and the following:
    • Tournament Rules
    • Contests available on course
    • Hand sanitizer
    • Disposable Masks
• Golf Carts
  • Will be sanitized between the AM and PM flights
  • We will include laminated drink/food menus in each cart for the players to review prior to lunch
• Drink Tables
  • To prevent overcrowding in the bar/club we will have the following measures in place:
    • We will have the drink cart checking on players as they move around the course
    • In addition we will have one stationary drink station on the back of the course by holes 5&6
• Lunch
  • To alleviate overcrowding between 11 am – 1pm we have decided upon the following:
    • Tables that will be appropriately spaced (6ft) to allow for social distancing
    • Hand sanitizer on each table
    • Laminated menus on each table
    • We have also asked the vendors to serve exclusively to the registered players and volunteers during that 2-hour period to keep it from getting crowded.

In addition to all of the above precautions we will have designated mask zones where a mask is required to be in that area. These areas will include:

• Club House
• Bar
• Registration Table
• Food Court (unless eating)
