The following protocols and procedures have been adopted to ensure all tournament participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience.

Registration Table - Prior to check-in at the registration table, all participants will be screened by a trained volunteer utilizing a non-contact thermometer. Any participant who presents a temperature reading at or above 100.4° F (38° C), will not be allowed to remain on the premises. This temperature reading standard complies with CDC Definitions of Symptoms for Reportable Illness. Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. Denied Player Participants - Any registered player who is denied entry at the bag drop or denied check-in at the registration table will be offered a full refund of their registration fee. If a denied player forgoes their refund option and elects to donate their registration fee, he/she will be entitled to receive a player gift bag as well as a voucher (or gift card) for one round of golf at the Rosen Shingle Creek Golf Club at a future date.
Social Distancing - While on the premises, all participants will be required to comply with CDC Social Distancing guidelines, unless congregating with a member of their household. Participants who intentionally and repeatedly violate social distancing standards will be asked to leave the premises.
- In the registration and staging area: FACE MASKS WILL BE MANDATORY at all times in the registration/staging area and while driving to and from the golf course.
- On the course: Face masks will be optional for participants who are on the course and are in compliance with social distancing guidelines.
Golf Cart Use - Each individual player will be required to operate his/her own golf course with no passenger occupant with the exception of registered players who reside in the same household. Selected volunteers who are pre-screened will be allowed to chauffer Documented Original Tuskegee Airmen (DOTAs) in golf carts.
Post-Tournament Luncheon - In order to minimize the risk of COVID-19 exposure, this year's post-tournament luncheon will be held outdoors on the Rosen Shingle Creek Premises. The post-tournament luncheon will follow an abbreviated program. Registered Players and Luncheon ticket holders will be offered the option of a table service meal if they choose to stay for the luncheon or a "to-go" meal if they choose to leave prior to the luncheon. Luncheon seating will comply with social distancing guidelines and will, therefore, be limited. When purchasing player registrations slots, all players will be required to indicate their preferred luncheon meal option (table service or "to-go"). This will allow our caterer to prepare the appropriate number of meals for each option.
