We are so close to our annual Golf Day after last year’s cancellation and the restrictions in so many areas of life we have all been dealing with, we are thrilled that you are joining us and grateful for your generosity.  You invoice for tickets will arrive shortly, if not already.  Included in this letter is everything you need to know about playing on the day.

This year we are playing 4 Ball Ambrose at Twin Creeks Golf and Country Club located  at 2-8 Twin Creeks Drive Luddenham. Please arrive at 7am for breakfast and briefing. You will head out on carts for an 8am shotgun start. We will be doing both card and cash transactions on the day so be prepared to pre purchase drinks, novelty games, snacks and more upon check in so you are free to play and drink once on the green.  All purchased amounts left over at the end of the day can be credited towards raffle tickets.  

You will need to dress in appropriate attire, and you can see the dress code on the Twin Creeks website.  We will have opportunities to bid on auctions, make pledges towards our amazing projects and prizes for winners of the day will be awarded.

Lunch will be served at approximately 1pm. If there are any dietary requirements, please email events@lukepriddisfondation.com by no later than 6th October  2022.   The day will finish at approximately 3pm.

           Dress Regulations

  • Shirts must have collars, sleeves, be clean & tucked in at all times. (NO SINGLET TOPS) 
  • Tailored trousers, shorts or skirts with white socks (any club logo allowed) may be worn.
  • No denim, cargo or pull-string pants permitted.
  • Golf Shoes are essential for play (soft spikes preferred)

Terms and conditions:

  •  On-course signage must be fixed into the ground. Teardrop and canvas banners are recommended.
  •  Pull-up banners are not permitted on the course.
  •  Please advise if you would like access to furniture (tables, chairs, and umbrellas), power or a large display/vehicle area. Access to these items is limited and will be allocated on request and availability.
  •  All items must be delivered to Twin Creeks Golf and Country Club 48 hours before the event. Deliveries outside of these dates will not be accepted.
  •  All items must be clearly labelled with the company name, contact name, phone number and event name and date.
  •  All items must be collected from Twin Creeks Golf and Country Club no later than Monday 14th November 2022.
  •  Although all reasonable care will be taken, Twin Creeks Golf and Country Club  and The Luke Priddis Foundation   do not take any responsibility for any damaged or stolen items.
  •  The client/sponsor is responsible for providing all signage, promotional materials, staff, and equipment where required. On behalf of the sponsoring company, I acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions
